Every first Friday of the month, Art Rise Savannah presents the award winning First Friday Art March, a self-guided tour of galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and art spaces in and around the Starland District.
You can also enjoy an open air vendor market with live entertainment. Plus Art March doesn’t mean you have to march to the galleries. You can gallery hop with free access to rides on the Old Savannah Tours Trolley.

The Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run is known as the “South’s Toughest Bridge Run” allowing participants to run over the Talmadge Bridge 1x, 2x or 3x by participating in the 5K, 10K or Double Pump!
The Talmadge Bridge has a 1.4 mile span, 5.5% grade and peaks at 196 feet above the Savannah River.
The race starts on Hutchinson Island so participants can either park at the Trade Center, or take a free ride on the water ferry. Once you finish, celebrate on Broughton St. at the Post-Race Party, presented by Host South
